It took a bit to figure out today’s post. I wanted to share something that went along with the theme of the week, and offered a perspective on “finding the gold” in others. There are many ways to seek and find the reflection of God in other people.
One way is with a camera.
I follow a photographer named Mary Anne Morgan who has a beautiful blog. I have never met her in person, only through her posts, but from her photos and words, I have come to know a bit of her heart. She has a heart that seeks the beauty in others, affirms their beauty to them, and shares that beauty with the world.
She does this via her camera and her blog. I am repeatedly amazed at the art of her photography and the beauty she brings forth in other people. Her camera captures a beauty both of and beyond the visible.
Do you know people like Mary Anne Morgan, who are gifted at seeking and sharing the glory of God they see in others? What ways and means do they use?
Wednesdays here at Rooted in Beauty are dedicated to Things of Beauty. If you have noticed or created something beautiful, describe it in a comment or leave a link to your online site to share it with the rest of us.
